Reufnd & return policy

Cancellation:

1.1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email to “hello@bongstreet.in” with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the same email ID used while ordering on our site. Alternatively you can call us on 8240686953 within the above mentioned timeframe.

1.2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he/she can raise a return/exchange request.

Exchange: (Only available for prepaid orders)

1.1. You can raise an exchange request for items or orders within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please send us an email to “hello@bongstreet.in” from the same email ID that you have used while placing the order. Alternatively you can call us on 8240686953 within the above mentioned timeframe.

1.2. For Color/Size exchange request, you will have to pay the shipping cost of INR 100. Our customer success team will share details for payment over email/call.

1.3. In case, you receive a damaged product, we will replace the product for free of cost. Please note, such replacement will not include color/size exchange. For free replacement, we will send the product with same color and size.

Return: (Only available for prepaid orders)

1.1. You can raise a return request for items or orders within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please send us an email to “hello@bongstreet.in” from the same email ID that you have used while placing the order. Alternatively you can call us on 8240686953 within the above mentioned timeframe. Please note, we won’t entertain any return request after 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1.2. The return is free and no money will be demanded by BongStreet.

Refund: (Only available for prepaid orders)

For prepaid orders, we will refund the money wherever applicable through the same mode of payment. The refund usually takes up to 5 working days for us to process. Please note, our only email ID is “hello@bongstreet.in” and only phone number is 8240686953. If you are contacted from a different number, please report to us immediately for necessary action.

Important note related to COD orders

COD means “Cash on delivery”. While we accept COD orders against an additional fee of INR 75, we will thoroughly check the feasibility of the order fulfilment before processing it. As a D2C brand, we do not prefer COD orders as it comes with a high financial risk for us.

We DO NOT offer Return/refund/exchanges for any product purchased through”Cash of Delivery” mode of payment.
