Shipping Policy

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request. Users can simply send out an email to “[email protected]” along with a picture of the product by mentioning their order number and we will initiate the reverse pickup for their return. 

Once an order is placed, the product will be delivered to your shipping address within 3-7 days of time. However, it may vary sometimes due to unexpected circumstances.

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose Cash On Delivery payment method, we levy INR 75 COD charge on every order.
